WELCOME TO THE PINES!


And welcome to our monthly out-of-character intro post. Come say hello to your fellow players and drop a line here so others can get to know you and find out the best ways to contact you, as well as see who you are bringing in! (Current players are also encouraged to use this post to let us know about new characters.)

Don't forget to check out this month's important dates for a peek at what the coming month is going to look like. It will continue to be updated as more dates solidify behind the scenes, especially regarding June's event(s).

Our in-character intro log will be going up June 1st after midnight EST; keep an eye on our mod plurk (thepines) for that as well as all future announcements.

Hi, I'm Kacey, also a newbie. I'd love for these two to have some kind of CR. Haven't fully hammered out the false memories just yet, so I'm pretty open. I just think it'd be fun for this drug dealer to have CR with a cop :D;

Yes, oh my gosh, I love the idea of this CR, yes!!

Do you think they would have had a lot of run-ins? How long has Blaine been dealing drugs? Is he currently? What kind of drugs? Answers to those questions will help out a lot in figuring out how Blake would naturally react to him! 8'D

Well, he's probably been doing petty crimes since he was a kid. Graduating to drugs around his late teens, early twenties. He's not dealing now, but he was big in the illegal ones: cocaine, LSD, weed, probably selling beer to minors. It's a thing from the show: "Blaine brings de beers".

Also should note one of Blaine's memories is that his doctor works at the police morgue, so that might be a hilarious encounter :D;

Hahahaha, nice. Yes, Blake would be interested in dealing with the heavier stuff in a more police-y official-y way. He's not totally 100% clean-nosed himself — he probably experimented with pot and drinking in high school — but he's not really interested in that heavier stuff being around town. u_u

So, yes, maybe some past run-ins and then possibly a future morgue run-in? Or past. Whatever works best for you, as I am totally open to plot.
