WELCOME TO THE PINES!


And welcome to our monthly out-of-character intro post. Come say hello to your fellow players and drop a line here so others can get to know you and find out the best ways to contact you, as well as see who you are bringing in! (Current players are also encouraged to use this post to let us know about new characters.)

Don't forget to check out this month's important dates for a peek at what the coming month is going to look like. It will continue to be updated as more dates solidify behind the scenes, especially regarding June's event(s).

Our in-character intro log will be going up June 1st after midnight EST; keep an eye on our mod plurk (thepines) for that as well as all future announcements.

Hi. I'm Selina. I play the not so grumpy Shadowhunter archer. He's been in town a few months and moved from New York according to those pesky memories that don't always make sense. He wouldn't think that being 24 forever isn't that weird. Alec is used to this even if he's mortal. Just another Saturday night for Alec.

In Pines this one runs a record store and probably worries the neighbors with his weird hobbies. In New York, he was a demon hunter. He's half angel/half human and covered in mystical 'tattoos'. He's married to an immortal and used to hanging with vampires back home so people who never age, no big deal. LOL

Cain is super into music even if he can't play anything (he's a good singer?) so he's probably stopped by there! In weirdo... memories-ville. Weird hobbies you say~?? Also hahaha, that sounds like a pretty rad life tbh. Way better than Professional Damsel Cain's.

There's the archery practice at weird times, the parkour, jogging at odd hours, weapons practice in the back yard watch out for the topiaries or in the second floor of the shop... when Magnus isn't throwing parties. And all that newlywed sappiness to go 'ew' or 'aw' over. LOL

Occasionally they have people perform at the parties, or we're hoping for it in the future.

Since Cain has been around 'forever' maybe he's one of the people that made Magnus and Alec think the town was charming and welcoming? They have false memories of being accepted despite being a little odd and settled down.

Yes, absolutely! He's not super close with strangers but his attachment to the town means he'd be pretty welcoming to anyone who lives there.

Anyone not side eying Alec for all the 'tattoos' or Magnus for his fashion choices or being two guys that are married would be thought of as welcoming.
