Hi everyone! I'm Adelai, and I'm bringing the protagonist of Kim Harrison's Hollows series, witchborn demon (...it's complicated) Rachel Morgan. She's coming from right after the fifth book For A Few Demons More, aka the one where she inadvertently caused a master vampire to be freed from jail which got a hit put out on her vampire boyfriend and she basically tried to kill herself out of grief by letting a sentient curse into her body. And then she turned 27 the next day. Happy birthday Rachel.

Anyway, for the unfamiliar she's a witch who is an independent PI/bounty hunter/bodyguard (the term she uses is 'runner') and while she wears a lot of leather and seems kind of trashy and unorganized, she's good at her job and, despite the demon thing she doesn't actually know about yet, generally a very good person. She never uses her powers to hurt unless it's the absoulte last resort and even then she'd just prefer to physically kick your butt. She does have one power that I think requires some persmission (the ability to see auras, which she won't do right away anyway since she's forgotten she's a witch) which you can do here.

hiiiiiii there guys. i'm lumi and i'm bringing in a character from the super obscure manga houseki no kuni! this is phosphophyllite aka phos, if you're like me and can't type his name without copy + pasting it. thankfully calling him phos is canon. phos is a walking, talking gem! not really like steven universe but hey close enough.

phos is a complex character in a pretty bizarre society. for one thing he's never seen a human so that'll be fun. he's the youngest gem but that just means he just turned 300 years old. right now he's in a phase of disobeying his leader and pretty much suspecting everything he does, so being put into a place that doesn't want you to think about the past or anything along those lines will be fun. aka: get used to this kid (lmao) getting into trouble ok.

when he first arrives his only concrete memories will be about what he is and less about his past. but he should remember that soon enough and i'm unsure of doing any false memories because of what... he is... but if anyone would like to do that with me we can plot that out.

anyway i'm looking forward to playing with y'all and hopefully this weird canon doesn't.... weird you out too much LMLDKFSJ. i promise phos is a sweetie he just. needs some guidance. yep.

The low down is that she's a banshee so she tends to get premonitions of death and can subconsciously find dead bodies, which is a pretty nifty trick. She's also got this hella wild piercing scream that can blow skulls if you're not careful. For anyone who is canon familiar, she's from episode 5.16, during the escape from Eichen House, right after she almost kills a bunch of people from screaming, whoops.

Hey, wonderful Pines people, I'm Shira and I've been suuuuper stoked to try this game out! I come bearing another Final Fantasy character, Jack from Final Fantasy Type-0, part of a series sharing some themes with XIII and XV.



Jack here's a 17-year-old doof belonging to a unit of teen soldiers. Like XV, an evil empire invaded his country but instead of getting conquered they were like "NAH, SON" and sent their young'uns to fight them off. They can't legally buy booze, but this brat pack will CURBSTOMP YO INVADING ARMY'S ASS. Despite being a pretty decorated child soldier, he's a fun-loving, happy-go-lucky dude who likes to relax and joke around.

When Jack gets in, he'll prooobably listen to the nurses' advice and make the hospital his home for the first week or so to heal, and after that he'll be moving... somewhere! I haven't chosen a house for him yet, so if anyone would like a confused roomie carrying around a chocobo egg, be my guest. Because yes, he's coming in with one of Akademeia's last surviving eggs and will have absolutely no clue what it is until it hatches. There was no chapter on choco-parenting in The Art of War last he checked, h e l p.

Hello! I'm Jesse. I'm bringing in Jordan Parrish from everyone's fave show they love to hate. Teen Wolf. Jordan is from 5x16 and going through some shit. He's dealing with the weight of his destiny as the vessel the Hellhound chose. He's not super into it. He doesn't remember everything about all that, but he does know he's a Hellhound and how to trigger a transformation. Which is not pretty. Unless you want a man on fire ripping you apart it's best not to pull on that thread. Cause he tends to blackout and the hound doesn't distinguish between friend or foe if they're in his way.

Jordan is a former Beacon Hill's Sheriff's Deputy as well as former military. Specifically the Army. Jordan was a certified member of the Hazardous Devices Team out there. Jordan just likes helping people and standing around shirtless because the fire always burns his clothes off when he shifts.

Hello all!! I'm Kiss and I'm bringing in another life-size, walking talking gem -- Cinnabar! He's from the seinen body horror Shit Is Fuck Up manga Houseki no Kuni about gem boys (not really) trying to stay alive all the time.

Here are some pretty big things about Cinnabar you should know:

His hair is shiny and red. Not like Garnier Fructis ad shiny, but like...don't stare at it when he's in the sun or you might go blind, shiny. AND he's not even the shiniest.

He's heavy. He's literally a huge chunk of gem stone. Think like a real doll but rock.

Most importantly, Cinnabar sprays out?? secretes?? oozes?? all of the above?? mercury and it's. Not fun. Despite being pretty, it's like crude oil and sticks to everything and breaks down gemstone, so keep your jewelry out of his path and maybe don't touch him if you don't want to potentially be inked.

Also yeah if you wear jewelry he may try to Fight.

Because of this he's going to hole himself up in his house, which I chose his house to beeeeee 5105 2B. Sorry to his neighbours; he isn't very neighbourly. At least he can finally see what beds are all about since he's used to laying around in a cave.

As for memories, he knows more about his status as a gem and his ability to idk destroy things, not anything else. Not that it really matters, he's spent hundreds of years in, again, a cave.

Hi everyone! I'm Brona, and I am Kool-Aid Manning my way into this place with not one, but two original characters.



First up is Rachel Conway, an investigative journalist with an interest in crime stories. She's a crusader-slash-troublemaker, ambitious, and always after the truth; when she's not being a pain in the ass in the name of her profession she can be pretty chill.

She will probably not shoot your tires out. Probably.



And then there's Junyoung Cho, a first-year medical resident, working on a specialization in emergency medicine. He's athletic, hard working, and deeply compassionate; while he has the occasional pale shade of fuckboyness around him he's overall a good guy.

He's also--on the dl at first because he's spent his whole life being like "wtf do I even do with this" about it all--a spirit medium and psychometrist. Sometimes he can hear ghosts and spirits trying to speak to him. Sometimes, if he holds an object, he can pick up images or feelings or memories from it (the more personal and emotionally charged an object, the more likely he can read it). And sometimes he senses a shadowy figure at the edges of his vision. Good times.

He will be working at the hospital, but not in any kind of position where he's gonna know anything about anything.

Yes I do! And this is that very crazy woman. Amy's currently taken from the day that she goes missing, which means that shit has yet to completely hit the fan, but it's starting to.

That all being said. Amy is an actual sociopath. She's very much the "villian" of her story. She's extremely manipulative, will say anything to make herself look like Sweet Amazing Amy (no matter how much of a lie it is.) and she's a very unreliable narrator. In narrative, I'll likely end up touching on a lot of possibly triggering content -- it sort of comes with the territory of the canon -- and I am currently working on have an opt-out post for anyone who would like to avoid interactions with her character archetype. (No hard feelings, if you do, though! I completely understand!)

so this is trace, coming off of an impromptu hiatus with my third and last character for a bit, sally malik from the super awesome syfy version of being human.


( although technically she's alive and also a werewolf most of the time so there's that )

the tl;dr is that she's ex-ghost-turned-zombie ghost with an introductory pyro deal and the ability to witness child murder in other dimensions haunting a newly-werewolf'd version of her own body in an alternate universe. i sincerely wish i could say i were bullshitting you. i'm not. it's canon.

at least she's not simultaneously cannibalizing people and rotting to death anymore??


sally is absolutely 100% tactless, not to mention impulsive and often pushy. if you can get past that, she's actually a ton of fun to hang out with. she's not picky about friends as long as you're a decent person by her standards (which included multiple serial killers in her last game, smh), and once you've got her friendship she'll pretty much go all-out to make sure your life sucks as little as possible.

buuuuut she's also pretty much the president of ruiners inc., in the 'everything she touches turns to shit' kind of way. it's to the point where on two entirely different occasions, two close friends who don't communicate with each other each told her she ruins everything within the span of an episode and a half. not to mention earlier on, the canon love of her life even warned pretty much not to trust her to do anything useful at all. even now, she's still kind of bracing for backfire whenever she sticks her neck out.


she's also a CRAU fresh outta the box, which means she's done the horror game thing for almost two years... so sally's got a few residual issues from that particular shithole, compounded by the fact that her lifeline CR back there has yet to show up here so she's kind of drifting. trying to convince herself any of this is reality rather than an elaborately limbo constructed by her subconscious.


oh and also? she's like 500% adorable. and she knows it. and is totally ready to use it against you for such causes as convincing you to put up with her or obtaining a bite of your pizza.
