Clary was going to see the vision and take action. Her idea of action however is attempting to sneak around the hospital since that seemed like a place that might have answers. Mostly because of the words that are heard in the vision. So far it looks like she'll be with Scott and Jack. So they'll get as far as three 16 year old's can get.

I don't know if there is anything in the hospital or if it counts as plot interaction but Clary would certainly try it.
