WELCOME TO THE PINES!


And welcome to our monthly out-of-character intro post. Come say hello to your fellow players and drop a line here so others can get to know you and find out the best ways to contact you, as well as see who you are bringing in! (Current players are also encouraged to use this post to let us know about new characters.)

Don't forget to check out this month's important dates for a peek at what the coming month is going to look like. It will continue to be updated as more dates solidify behind the scenes, especially regarding June's event(s).

Our in-character intro log will be going up June 1st after midnight EST; keep an eye on our mod plurk (thepines) for that as well as all future announcements.

Scary how much that sounds like Blaine's canon backstory. So we could have it be their dad and just keep the cycle of abuse going for two generations.

Blaine, I think, is going to have a similar enough past to his canon self: got into drug dealing and eventually got his shit together to open a small business. IDK if or how you want to play with this, but one of Blaine's initial memories is that he feeds zombies, so he at least knows supernatural beings exist.

Oh, we're all very easy-going with what people know when they come in. False memories are the most fun component. So, both Stefan and Damon can be as confused as Blaine would be about zombies. "Does our family think we're zombies?" The truth will come out, especially within the family, so we'd definitely play it by ear! but I know we're all open.
