he's a former jockey from 1890 who does not dress for his era at all, per jojo norm. you may recognize him as That Jojo On The Horse, or maybe That Jojo Who Can't Walk, but mostly he's just That Jojo With Depression. he has a bug bite fetish, 1(one) friend, and a horse (separate from that one friend). he's from danville kentucky, no joke.
