Pepper's team consists of Tony, Randel, Skye, Clary, and tentatively Sissel. On the morning of the 18th Pepper rounds everybody up and, despite the rain, they head up to the river to investigate. She's given Clary her tablet so she can draw up a rough sketch of the area as they search for the debris.
