So if you've been following the OOC breadcrumb trail in this post or keeping apprised of updates on plurk, you may or may not have heard that Jack, Ibaraki, and Nyx (with a cameo by Eliza) found a mysterious body buried by the river on the 25th!
Now the baton goes to any characters who could/would want to investigate the body and get some more answers out of it!
Jack will be returning to town later on on the 25th and relaying this information by word of mouth (not on the network or to any Pines NPCs), and the body will stay where it is overnight. If you'd like your character to go CSI on our new dead friend, feel free to ICly assume news of the find trickled down to them and jump in on the thread above to ask more questions! Eliza also posted a public network announcement on the 26th relaying the news, which only lasted for a few minutes, but may help in getting your character involved.)
