WELCOME TO THE PINES!

And welcome to our first out-of-character intro post for the rebooted game. Come say hello to your fellow players and drop a line here so others can get to know you and find out the best ways to contact you, as well as see who you are bringing in! If you're feeling ambitious, you can drop a link to your top-level on the false memories plotting repository to get the ball rolling.

Don't forget to check out this month's important dates for a peek at what the coming month is going to look like. It will continue to be updated as more dates solidify behind the scenes.

Our in-character intro log will be going up April 3rd after midnight EST; keep an eye on our mod plurk (thepines) for that as well as all future announcements.

Hello Pines! I'm Shannon and you can find me at bandakar or on discord at bandakar#9753 (feel free to add me on either!) and I'm bringing you Number Five from that show literally no one's watched, The Umbrella Academy.

Five is a 58 year old man stuck in his 13 year old body because time travel is hard and even Five gets things wrong sometimes. He spent a long time trapped in an apocalyptic future by himself where all of his siblings were dead bc they couldn't beat the coming apocalypse without him. He's also an arrogant asshole who knows he's better than most people, if not all people.

Like the rest of his siblings, Five has powers. Spatial jumping and time travel, tho he's not particularly gifted at the time travel part.

He's taken from episode 9, where it seems like maybe, just maybe, he and his family have prevented the apocalypse otherwise he will think of literally nothing else tbh lol

As for false memories, I'll get a comment up later today hopefully!!
